Fall is upon us and a change of season feels like a great time to make some exciting changes within the studio. Late Spring we sent out a survey to members of the studio asking for your opinion on our classes, wellness services, what you like, what you don't like etc. We received fantastic feedback and truly appreciate everyone taking the time to do so. We are looking forward to making changes and improvements over the next few months based on your suggestions, because your opinion matters to us and we took it to heart. Please help me congratulate Pilates Instructor Krystle Colting on her recent amazing accomplishments!   Krystle has completed an intensive schooling program with The Institute of Holistic Nutrition.  She will be a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with full qualifications to receive the Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner (RNCP) and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP) designations.  Krystle will also graduate with First Class Honours and a member of the Dean Honours Roll.

See what ELDOA can do for you!  We will be hosting a 2 hour workshop on April 26th at 2 pm and a regularly scheduled 60 min class beginning in May!  Classes during the month of May will be offered at $10.00 off the drop in rate ($5.00 off package rate).
