We are excited to announce that Eden Haugland will be returning to Spine Stretch to teach specialty pilates classes on Thursday evenings.

Eden has been busy since she left the studio years ago; she built a successful top rated Pilates studio in Toronto, got married to the love of her life, had an adorable baby girl, and has continued on a path of movement therapy taking her Pilates training and instruction to new levels.

I felt very prepared heading into labour.  Having been a Pilates instructor for over 16 years, I was confident this would serve me well and result in a smooth, complication free delivery. My super strong core would take control and I would push out a baby in no time, why wouldn’t it?  And I was excited to attempt a natural delivery so I could feel what was happening muscle-wise in my body to learn from it. We are looking for a STOTT certified Pilates instructor to teach small progressive group classes, private and semi-private Pilates patients.  As a multidisciplinary health care facility offering Pilates in group classes and private/semi-private training, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, and infrared sauna therapy;  we are dedicated to combining rehabilitation, when required, with Pilates programming in to meet the needs and goals of our members. Group classes include matwork, reformer, stability chair and springwall.

Successful candidates must be STOTT certified Matwork and Reformer.  Stability Chair, Cadillac and ISP certification prefered but not required.  Previous rehabilitation programming is an asset.
