Congratulations Deirdre!

We are so pleased to announce the arrival of Jasper Dermot, born on October 17th at 5:14 am weighing 8.1 lbs. Deirdre and baby are both happy and healthy and were home a mere 15 hrs after birth.
Congratulations Deirdre and Laszlo! He is adorable. We can't wait to meet him.

Congratulations to Pilates Instructor Deirdre!

Our very own Pilates Instructor Deirdre Hamilton started Irish dancing when she was four years old and dedicated most of her time growing up to becoming a champion and professional dancer. She attained the principal role in Riverdance, among other dance companies, which enabled her to tour all over the world, working with hundreds of different dancers. Her training led her to health and wellness through movement becoming a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and certified STOTT Pilates instructor.
