Fever in Children
With the winter months upon us it's safe to say that we are now in the cold and flu season. Supporting your immune system year round by eating well, getting adequate sleep, and watching your stress are excellent ways to keep yourself protected from this year's viral strains. That being said, coming down with a runny nose, cough, and fever are sometimes inevitable, especially in infants and children.

Congratulations Deirdre!
We are so pleased to announce the arrival of Jasper Dermot, born on October 17th at 5:14 am weighing 8.1 lbs. Deirdre and baby are both happy and healthy and were home a mere 15 hrs after birth.
Congratulations Deirdre and Laszlo! He is adorable. We can't wait to meet him.

Spine Stretch Studio is so excited and full of joy to share the news of the arrival of baby Gavin and baby Kaiya born on June 4, 2015. Gavin Blake was born 5.2lbs and Kaiya Alexandra was born 4.2lbs. Congratulations to our amazing Massage Therapist Sascha and her husband Dave!
Gavin and Kaiya remained in Southlake Hospital until they put on a little more weight. They made great progress and arrived home this past Saturday afternoon. Stayed tuned for more adorable photos of these bundles of joy.

Exciting News! Massage Therapy that offers so much more!
I would like to take the opportunity to show some love and recognition to Spine Stretch Team member Sascha Kerr, RMT.
Sascha currently offers treatments in Massage Therapy and now has just completed her training in the Acupuncture Diploma program. Upon successful completion of the Pan-Canadian Acupuncture examination early 2016, Sascha will become eligible for registration with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. In the interm, she intends to use acupuncture as an additional treatment modality within the scope of massage therapy practice. Congratulations Sascha on your hard work and dedication!
