Leaves of Trees

Leaves of Trees are all-natural, made by hand, products with a pinch of Morocco and other exotic flavours.  Most products are actually based on unrefined argan which come from a women’s cooperative in Morocco.  This oil moisturizes without leaving you feeling greasy and is full of anti-oxidants to reduce the skin damage caused by free radicals.

All of Leaves of Trees products are based on organic and fair trade sources wherever possible and use the most non-reactive packaging available to minimize packaging waste for our precious environment.

One of the products I am most excited about is an all-natural deodorant and this one delivers everything you want and more!  This deodorant is unlike any other on the market – natural, effective, gentle on the skin and stylish!  It is based on my very popular argan lotion formula so it moisturizes your skin while keeping you smelling great. It contains:

  • sodium bicarbonate which is an effective deodorizer
  • kaolin clay which absorbs moisture to keep you feeling drier

Sweat itself is virtually odourless.  Body odour is caused by bacteria that live on your skin and break down sweat into certain acids.  This deodorant stops that process and prevents body odour because it contains natural antiseptic agents (neem oil, lavender + tangerine essential oils, eucalyptus + peppermint essential oils) which create an environment that is not friendly to bacteria.

Toronto heat wave and South East Asia tested and approved!

Just apply the deodorant as you would apply lotion to your skin.  Massage into your arm pits and it will almost completely absorb.  You only need a very little amount.  The Eucalyptus-Mint deodorant will feel tingly when you apply it.  Stop using it if it you experience irritation.  Avoid using right after you shave as this may cause irritation.  The Lavender-Tangerine is heavenly and very gentle on the skin.

Stop by the studio and try them out!
